מי יוצר היצירה? האמן שהזמין ו"הגה" או המבצע בפועל. מה ששנים במודרניות הוכר כ"כתב יד" של אמן, כיום ועם פרוץ הפוסט מודרניזם, נמחק, אין כתב יד, יש רעיון, וגם הרעיון בספק אם הוא משמש ככתב יד. מזמין העבודה הוא כמו כל קבלן כח אדם.
